Digital Training
BE HABILIS: a new way of learning.
BE HABILIS is about the development of VR Training, i.e. training experiences in Virtual, Augmented or Desktop Reality, for Digital Learning in corporate and human resources training with the possibility to include Gamification.
What is digital training?
Digital training, more and more in vogue among companies, can be developed in Augmented, Virtual or Desktop Reality, and their advantage is manifold: saving time and money for the reproduction of a scenario in real life, an involvement and consequently a greater commitment by the trainees in the training and the possibility to easily keep under control the data.

Digital training advantages
TRAINING WHEN AND WHERE YOU WANT
With Virtual Training, people can also train freely at any time and, if allowed, anywhere.
REDUCE TIME, RISK AND COSTS
By replaying scenarios and the resulting infinite repeatability, you can save time and costs on the frequent implementation of on-site training. In addition, the risk of accidents is significantly reduced.
INVOLVEMENT = BETTER PERFORMANCE
Through specially designed mechanics and the possible inclusion of Gamification, training is no longer seen as a simple obligation, but as a dynamic and engaging moment.
SUPPORT FOR TRADITIONAL TRAINING
By combining digital and traditional training, it is possible not to exclude either of them and instead achieve significantly better results.
Featured success story
RESCUE | FCTSA
M.E.T.H.A.N.E.
A Maxiemergency is a difficult event to manage and therefore very complex to reproduce in a real simulation. FCTSA decided to go the digital training route, precisely because to train its rescuers on the METHANE had to take a time of more than 4 months and block a train station.
Traning sees the rescuer grappling with an ever-changing train disaster, his task is to remember the correct steps of the METHANE algorithm and intervene in the most efficient way possible.
