Position Purpose

Momentum is an emergency management software system that is experiencing strong growth. In order to strengthen its team, Momentum is looking for an account manager to manage an efficient customer-focused service, ensuring the highest quality of services within the agreed timeframe. The person acts as the main contact for a Momentum customer package.


  • Be the main point of contact for assigned customers through email, phone, online presentations, and regular in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and exceptional customer service, providing advice and guidance on relevant software solutions and processes.
  • Make recommendations for new solutions and services aligned to customer needs.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with other team members to discuss potential pipeline and ongoing activities.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of products, services, and technology developments to be able to advise clients.
  • Communication with internal stakeholders to assist in defining and delivering suggested solutions and opportunities.

Your professional profile

  • Previous work experience in the field of rescue service preferred
  • Experience in providing customer-centric and needs-based solutions.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to providing first class customer service and building a lasting position of trust.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Excellent English level (C1)
  • Required German minimum upper intermediate level B2
  • Other national languages preferred
